Our Hope, Our Calling, Our Character Part 2

If you joined us last week you know that we will be finishing last weeks lesson titled “Our Hope, Our Calling, and Our Character” which will conclude a four lesson series on Hope as one of the three foundational pillars to empower our ability to persevere in times of great challenge and difficulty.  We know that a biblical hope is the confident expectation in the fulfillment of God’s promise to send His Son once again to take us home with Him on the last day!  We will confirm this truth today by examining the Scriptures regarding this Hope.  We will then hear the great calling of Christ Jesus to “Soldier Up!”   Christ calls us to recognize we are sons and daughters of God, children of light!  As such we are called to be on the alert and be sober in all things!  We will also listen to our King speak to us through the Apostle Paul as he gives the charge to manifest the manifold wisdom and ways of God in Christ Jesus!
