Thus Says the LORD, Cursed is the Man Part 2

Once again we return to looking at what the bible says about those people who refuse to trust in the LORD but rather put their trust in mankind, self and things. Thus says the LORD, cursed is the person who trusts in anyone or anything that is disingenuous and not of God. He will be like a person who is wondering aimless, purposeless, hopeless, fruitless, and lonely! The bad news is so many who claim to be Christians are living in this state of being but refuse to see it or are self deceived! This morning we will look more closely at verse six which describes by way of illustration how a person who refuses to fully trust in God looks like. I hope you will take note, take thought, and self-examine to see if you are experiencing any of the pain and suffering this verses describe. If so, please draw near to the Scriptures about trusting the LORD and also listen to the sermons beginning next week on how to build trust in God and in so doing become the man or woman who is loyal, responsible, dependable and trustworthy!
