The LORD

In a world filed with countless gods and idols, we believe there is only one true God the LORD! The LORD is an eternally existing, all knowing, all wise, all powerful, and ever-present Being. He is the Creator, Redeemer, and Judge of all Creation. With purpose He created man and the physical universe. In lovingkindness He redeemed mankind from their sin. With perfect justice and righteousness He will judge every human soul.

The LORD is God our Father – The LORD is our eternal heavenly Father who masterfully created us, mercifully redeemed us through adoption, consistently provides for us every good thing and every perfect gift, and thoughtfully disciplines us in love that we share His holiness and righteousness.

The LORD is the Son of God – The LORD is Jesus Christ the eternally existing Son of God. His name according to the prophet Isaiah is Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace! Jesus was born of a virgin in the family line of King David, lived a sinless life, was crucified bearing our sin, was buried, was raised on the third day, appeared alive from the dead, ascended back to heaven, and will come again to judge the living and the dead. Jesus is the Creator, Redeemer, and Judge of mankind.

The LORD is the Holy Spirit – The Holy Spirit is the LORD making His abode, with us and in us. He is the Helper who is given to teach us and guide us into all truth. He convicts the world concerning sin, righteousness, and judgement. He strengthens us in the inner man with all power and sanctifies us through our faith to serve Him.
